I exchanged my tickets for 2 festival presents and the boxes were empty? Has this happened to anyone else?

If it was orb's inside you don't get a messege, the orb count in inventory just updates

Good cause i git kinda cunfused cause i got 7presents opend 4 got 1rice wine and 1 bean cake then thr rest i didnt get anything but i gue it was orbs i got then:/
